A day-in-the-life video of a senior manager, community engagement

I had the grand privilege of being part of the Esplanade Community Video Mentorship 2021 program thanks to nuSTUDIOS.

We were tasked with scripting, filming and then editing a day-in-the-life video for the senior manager of community engagement, Ms Khairun. She admitted she was camera-shy at first but we knew her passion and stories needed to be heard. A big thank you to her family for also joining her onscreen!

Despite the lingering pandemic situation, the Esplanade team was really accommodating to allow us to film on-site for one of their angklung programs. It was a joy to be able to see the participants enjoying themselves as well.

I worked mainly as a DP and video editor on this project, using BMPCC cameras and Adobe Premiere Pro.
